Welcome!

You have reached the Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC) Auxiliary page. The BAMC Auxiliary was founded in 1953 as a spouses' organization; Today the Auxiliary operates as a service and social organization with 501c3 non-profit tax status. If you are looking to meet new friends and get involved in service projects that benefit the military community, then we’re the group for you! Our programs revolve around fundraising for various BAMC and Fort Sam Houston organizations, including the Fisher House, the Warrior Family Support Center, and the Center for the Intrepid. We also hold monthly social events for members that encourage friendships and support among military families.

How to join:

Fill out the short interest form through Meetup. Then look for an email from a page organizer coming to your Meetup inbox or the email address you provided. Upon your request to join, you will be invited to an upcoming event in a public place. This is to ensure everyone's safety. During this public event you will be introduced to the host of the event and receive a BAMC Auxiliary membership form. Once the completed membership form and dues are received, we will approve your request to join the BAMC Auxiliary and you will have full access to our Meetup website. Dues are $20 for the whole year (1 June to 31 May) or $10 for January and after. Membership is open to any military cardholder age 18 or older (active duty/spouse/retiree/widow).
