Mountain Bike
Intermediate Ride
Bullard’s Bar – December 10, 2016

CANCELED due to rain.

I'm sure you all already figured this out on your own but our ride (once again) is canceled. Guess Bullard's Bar just wasn't to be this year.

Hope to see you all on the New Year's Day Ride !!!

WORD ABOUT OUR GROUP
Our ride leaders are committed Christians who love mountain biking and enjoy sharing our passion for the Lord and mountain biking with others.
To fully enjoy our rides it’s important you be an experienced intermediate rider but if you have questions please contact me and I’ll try to help you determine your skill and fitness level. There will be three ride leaders on this ride so different ride options will be available. We will keep the ride at a comfortable pace for everyone and will not push anyone beyond their ability. Our objective is to help everyone have a good time while at the same time making you a better rider eager to come back and join us again.

BRIEF RIDE SYNOPSIS:
If you've never visited Bullard's Bar Reservoir you're in for a treat. The trail weaves through the heavily forested hillside along Bullard’s Bar Reservoir where you'll find yourself twisting through a landscape with rain forest like qualities, moss covers boulders, ferns and streams tricking down the hillside. This is a fun, fast paced roller coaster of a ride, winding along on a narrow single track with a few technical areas and plenty of short drops followed by quick climbs. The air will be cool and the trial moist, covered with autumn leaves and pine needles.

Ride Scripture
”The heavens declare the glory of God, the skies proclaim the work of his hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they display knowledge. There is no speech of language where their voice is not heard. Their voice goes out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world.” Psalm 19:1-4
