CANCELED Intermediate Mountain Bike Ride-Annadel State Park

Details

DUE TO THE SHELTER IN PLACE ORDER WE ARE CANCELING THIS EVENT.

We still want you to get out and enjoy God's creation and we pray for your continued good health during these unprecedented times. Keep pedaling and look for our group rides as soon as it is safe to do so.

The trails we will be riding are rated intermediate to advanced. We will be riding Canyon Road, Marsh, South Burma, North Burma, Richardson, Lewis Cobblestone and maybe Rough Go. For detailed information you can check these out on Trailforks app. Total mileage around 15 miles and 1600 to 2400 ft of climbing. I am expecting trails to be rutted, and possibly muddy, including the roads.

Participation with BAS is free, it’s our ministry to use Adventure Sports to attract and attach people to Jesus & His Church. As a Non-Profit Organization, we have the cost of overhead & liability insurance to cover, so we ask participants to consider a donation www.baysideadventuresports.com/donation
We also offer an Annual Membership that includes a 25% discount on events that have a cost, as well as discounts at more than 20 Local Sponsors. Only $49/individual or $99/family per year! www.baysideadventuresports.com/membership

Please sign our online waiver at http://www.smartwaiver.com/v/baswaiver (waivers signed after 1/1/20 do not expire and are good for all BAS events)

CARPOOL: When you carpool to and from the starting point for an event, it is at your sole risk, whether driver or passenger. BAS does not have insurance for carpooling arrangements and assumes no liability for such arrangements. Carpooling is a private arrangement between the drivers and riders. Riders should consider contributing towards gas money (a good rule of thumb is $3.00 for each hour of drive time.)

Dogs and alcohol are not permitted on BAS events due to liability issues.
WATER and FOOD:

At least 80 oz of water is required, bring your own food and/or energy bars for the ride.

BIKE, HELMET AND CLOTHING:

Make sure your bike is in good working order. Helmets are required! Proper clothing and shoes for the weather conditions will make your ride that much more enjoyable.

WEATHER ALERT

Rain or severe weather will cancel our ride.
