What we're about

This group is for women (cis, trans, non-binary) in their twenties and thirties interested in getting together for BBG workouts (and making new friends!).

I have started and stopped BBG more times than I can count, but I've also successfully completed the 12-week program and was thrilled with the results. What finally helped me complete it? Supportive ladies! I found them in Baltimore, I found them in Tanzania, and I know I can find them here, too.

Whether you're new to BBG or have completed BBG, BBG Stronger, PWR, and then some, this group is for you. I'll be re-starting BBG 1.0 on Monday, January 14th as part of the 2019 12 Week Challenge. Join me!

I envision using this platform to support each other virtually and in-person, help connect those who use the same gym/studio, and for group workouts/activities (circuits, LISS, HIIT). I'm open to suggestions and would love if anyone else is interested in organizing events.
