We all know how to build websites, but are we building sites efficiently? This discussion group will explore some of the things we can do outside of WordPress to save time, energy, and frustration. We'll look at tracking time and progress, spinning up new sites, and helping clients through the web development process.
- organizing copy ahead of time
- tracking your time in a spreadsheet
- using Trello and Toggl to stay on top of a project
- tips for creating mockups that clients will understand
- creating a site template to clone new sites from
- creating project cost estimates
