Iman Cultural Center, 3376 Motor Avenue, Los Angeles, ca, USVendors Expo. Our super-duper, world-famous "Real Estate Vendors Expo," returns on Thursday night at the Los Angeles County Real Estate Investors Association. The Vendor Expo opens promptly at 6:30 pm. Don't be late!
We'll have a rotating collection of over thirty (30) of the finest vendors with all of the real estate services and products you will need to become a successful investor, including private lenders, title companies, data services, CPA, escrow companies, building suppliers, title insurance, home inspectors, business credit, tax auctions, Realtor services, legal, identity theft services, hard money lenders, Airbnb, mortgage brokers, 1031 exchanges facilitators, contractors, out-of-state investment opportunities, insurance agents, credit repair consultants, staging companies, and much MUCH more! Tax Deed Investing

The reason Jason Porter connects with his audiences at a deeper level is because… well frankly, he’s lived a pretty “weird” life. He is a surfer who grew up surfing in a pool in Arizona. He graduated High School in Brazil, living eight years outside the United States. He speaks Portuguese and Spanish fluently. He considers himself “Latino de Corazon.” He has been married to Mona, from Samoa, for 33 years and built the first surf resort in her home country. He is an Amazon Best-Selling author who never graduated from college. More significantly, his purpose in investing is greater than money. He advocates socially responsible real estate investing… “doing good while doing well.”
Tax Deed Investing. Jason has been speaking on real estate investing strategies, entrepreneurship, and peak personal performance since 1998. However, his focus since 2008 has been the little understood investing strategy of “Tax Deed Investing.” The amazing thing about tax deeds is that they offer investors the opportunity to invest in real estate cheaper than any other form of acquisition. Jason’s students’ target purchase price is generally 10% to 50% of After Repaired Value (“ARV”). Even in today’s hyper-competitive market, Jason’s students routinely purchase properties for 40 cents on the dollar and below.

Parking. If there is no available metered street parking when you arrive, there are two FREE parking structures just two blocks away.
