This free, weekly meditation group meets with the intention to be a space for relaxation, mindfulness and awareness. The group is open to new meditators as well as those with an ongoing practice. Each week’s 30 minute guided meditation explores what it’s like to relax the body and surrender all doing so that our natural states of calm abiding awareness can arise. A short discussion follows for the opportunity to connect in community with like-minded people and explore ways to incorporate meditation in day to day life. We meet each Sunday evening at 5:30 pm until around 6:30 pm. All are welcome.
