Hike to a Waterfall !! Fun Eaton Canyon Hike

Let's hike to a waterfall! This is a very fun, and very do-able 3.5 mile hike for almost anyone (if you don't mind stream crossings), and you will be rewarded with a 40-ft. waterfall at the end.
When: Sunday March 13, 7:45am (**Today starts Daylight savings time!)
Where: Eaton Canyon Falls Trail, 1750 N. Altadena Drive, Pasadena, CA 91107 **Meet at the Nature Center sign that is in the main parking lot. Look for Marsha with a red baseball cap on.
Details:
*Relatively flat hike (just a few rocks to climb up, but not bad), less than 4 miles round trip. Bring water to drink and sun protection.
*This trail gets crowded on the weekend, so be prepared for that. (You may want to bring your mask, knowing that).
*Also, you will cross back and forth on rocks or fallen logs over shallow streams 15+ times, so your shoes may get wet and you may want to bring a dry pair of socks for the ride home.
*If you are worried, put your phone in something waterproof just in case). I did this hike staying totally dry, but just letting you know that there is a possibility to get wet, especially your hiking boots.
*Hiking POLES are very helpful for this hike!
**Parking: Park in the main lot, or in the "overflow" parking lot. The Nature Center is found off of the main parking lot.
*There is a sign in front and **THAT IS WHERE WE WILL MEET --AT THE NATURE CENTER SIGN IN THE PARKING LOT**
Bathrooms: Yes, in the nature center, and porta-toilet at the trailhead.
Doggies: Not for this hike please, just because of the stream crossings. Try it a different time with your doggie.
