No fee : Warm up/ stretches /balls drills

Details
Would like to dedicate this session
to warm up / stretch and ball drills to prepare for 4 pm session. As there have been a few players who get injured π€ in the past few weeks, proper warmup session may be able to help avoid future incidents.
Beach 4s. Players should not be beginners. Need to be able to pass, set, hit, and block reasonably well. Should not be afraid of a hard hit ball. We will follow (mostly) official beach VB rules. Court costs (800 baht per hour / 1000 baht per hour with lights) will be split evenly among all players. We will play 2x2, 3x3, or 4x4, depending upon how many players attend. If you RSVP, be sure to show up -- if you can't make the event, then kindly cancel.

Great defense drills for 3men reception.
These are great references for defense coverage esp. for players
from 4pm. The point is for 3 defensive/reception players to cover the whole court, sliding/shifting covering for each other.

Will be doing these movements, so please have a look π at!
I want to share with you a vid. clip of 6men indoor games. ( I need to get this out of my chest)
What I want to stress/ want you (for those who have any interest)to see the formation of 3 men reception.
Notice how the libero, who is the best reception specialist covering wider /larger areas. (I pick this clip because the angel taken is perfect to see the formation, from a spy camera.)
The same logic can be applied to 4x4 games. There are NO players who have equal skills, thus usually when you play as teams, you go through agreement/ understanding who's covering larger areas: i.e to cover those who are less skilled or weaker.
It is NOT insulting just team play to carry on the games smoothly/effectively. I have much longer experience in Indoor, and that's the norm for me. Perhaps there are cultural differences when it comes to formation/reception zone+ shifting/sliding+ positioning. The point is to communicate well with teammates to get the best result
