Bond Tech4Dev Meeting: Leaving No One Behind in a Digital World

Details
PLEASE NOTE: THIS EVENT HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED TO MONDAY 10TH JUNE
We will be joined by Clara Barnett, Governance & Digital Inclusion Adviser at DFID, for a discussion around leaving no one behind in a digital world.
This topic has gained greater-traction as inequalities have widened and new inequalities have materialised. The objective of this meeting is to share and deepen thinking on DFID’s open policy-making work on Leaving No One Behind in a Digital World.
One of our co-chairs, Tony Roberts, has recently published a report on this very issue:
About the speaker: Clara is a Governance & Digital Inclusion Adviser with DFID’s ‘EPIC’ Department (Emerging Policy, Innovation and Capability), where she is championing DFID’s ‘Leave No One Behind in a Digital World’ and GovTech agendas. Clara’s work with DFID has focused on national and subnational governance reform in Sub Saharan Africa, with postings in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Nigeria. Prior to DFID, Clara worked for the World Bank; Human Rights Watch, and the Centre for Strategic and International Studies.
The meeting will be taking place at NCVO (8 All Saints Street, London N1 9RL) between 15:00 - 17:00.
