What we're about
If an hour of punching, kicking, and body weight exercises sounds good to you, then read on because that's exactly what we do!
Who should join?
*Anyone interested in the above, regardless of fitness level or martial arts experience. The workouts are designed to be self-paced. The workouts emphasize fundamental techniques and instruction will be provided.
What will we do?
*Expect to throw punches, kicks, elbows, knees
*Expect to do a variety of bodyweight exercises
*Expect to breathe hard, sweat hard, and burn a lot of calories
What are things we don't do?
*NO cardio kickboxing, dance aerobics, etc.
This is not a self-defense class, per se. This is fitness first, martial arts second. This is more about getting reps and exercise than it is learning how to fight. But of course, expect to sharpen those tools you might use in a fight. :)
