BOScoin: An Introduction to the ISAAC consensus protocol

I will cover our platform at 4:00 pm, and give people new to BOScoin a chance to ask questions about our platform before covering the ISAAC consensus protocol.

We will discuss the consensus protocol in detail, and also working with our ISAAC tool.

It would be beneficial for you to download the ISAAC tool and run 'pytest' to ensure it's working correctly on your computer (see https://github.com/bosnet/isaac-consensus-protocol for system requirements) prior to coming to the meetup **support can be found in the slack group - get invited at the bottom of boscoin.io**

I will give a presentation on the ISAAC protocol, and then dive into the ISAAC tool so having the ISAAC protocol on your own computer isn't required, but it won't be possible to download and configure at the meetup due to time constraints.
