PostgreSQL in OpenBSD - redo

Starting with VirtualBox and a download copy of the OpenBSD 6.0 ISO file to walk through the installation and continue with setup of PostgreSQL.

Make sure to have virtualbox installed before meeting along with the ISO file already downloaded.
