Autumn 'Ladies Day' Urban Retreat: NOURISH (1 day retreat)
• What we'll do ‘Ladies Day’ an Urban Retreat to NOURISH you! We are delighted to be offering our second Ladies Day Retreat on Sunday 4 November 2018. The day will start at 10:30am and end at 5:30pm. The Retreat will take place at The Guide Hut, Bury Lane, Lowndes Park, Chesham HP5 1HL. We would love for you to join us for a day filled with nourishment, self-care and connection with other like-minded ladies. About the day: The Pagan Festival of Samhain falls on 1 November and the mid-point between the Autumn Equinox and the Winter Solstice falls on 6 November, placing us firmly within these powerful energetic transits. Samhain is often associated with the Festival of the Dead or “Summer’s End”, tying in with nature’s rhythms as we come to the end of the growing season and begin to enter into the coldest part of the year. Under the energy of this transit, Samhain is a time to celebrate life in contrast to death. It is also a wonderful time to pause, introspect and take stock. It is a time to look inwards and reflect on you and your life over the past year, to look at where you have grown, your accomplishments, learnings, adventures travels and challenges that you may have faced. This day will help create a space for self-care, self-reflection and self-love. When the Heart Centre is open, it allows us to let-go of that which no longer serves and to live life in a more positive and joyful flow, to be open to new possibilities and to feel nourished and supported. What we're about

This is a group for like minded people to experience the sacred sounds of the gong and other complementary instruments within the setting of a gong bath/sound meditation. During the session you are bathed in the powerful sound waves created by the gongs, enabling the body and mind to relax and release any stress and tension. All you have to do is lie down and relax. Regular group gong baths will be held in a central location in Chesham, and at other possible venues in Buckinghamshire.

We will also have one-off and special gong and sound events, so keep in touch for more info!

Don't forget we also host a Freely Given session every quarter in January, April, July & October, see event details for more info.

Due to space limitations RSVP for all events is required, we often run a waitlist for people wishing to attend, and would kindly ask that you keep your RSVP up to date if your plans change, this is greatly appreciated, thank you!

If you are in your first trimester of pregnancy or have a health condition that and would like to check if a gong bath is appropriate for you, please do get in touch so we can have a chat.

I look forward to meeting you, and if you have any questions, or if you have a venue that you would like a gong bath held at, please do get in touch.
