What we're about

FREE, friendly, and supportive runnist group for all speeds / abilities. We even have a website! (lol) http://baddecisionstrackclub.com - Home of the Fightin' Turtle Burgers since 2016!

We run interval workouts as best we can, we encourage each other as best we can, and then we go get beers. There's usually between 10 and 20 of us.

WHERE? Ferry Field, unless otherwise stated.

WHEN? Thursdays at 6:00 PM

HOW FAST? However fast (or slow) you want. A few of us are kind of fast. Some of us are pretty slow. Most of us are in denial. The nice thing about running on a track is that nobody can get left behind!

HOW FAR? We try to get 3-4 miles of good, hard running in. Warmup and cooldown is usually another 1-2 miles. We only "plan" a single workout each week, but you're welcome to modify it however you see fit.

Ferry Field

**This is a generic work-out. We typically send the workout by email a few days in advance. Every week is different, usually 2-4 miles of workout speed with 1-2 miles of recovery speed. All paces and levels of fitness welcome. There are usually some walkers, joggers, and injured folks doing some PT on the sides. We mostly like to have some accountability to go out and push ourselves a bit to run harder and catch a beer or food after.**
