• Kew Fete 22Jun19

    Kew Green

Hello Bakers, I am very pleased to announced our latest event for 2019 which will be at Kew Fete on Saturday 22 June 2019 on Kew Green. I will add some more details in the coming weeks but the fete will be held between the hours of 11 and 6pm on the Saturday. The bake will be in aid of Alzheimer's Research UK as well as a number of local community based charities (more details on these to follow in due course). Having met with the organizers of the fete, I understand that this event gets significant footfall, therefore, I am hoping that we can get a high turnout of bakers for this event. This promises to be a really exciting and worthwhile event for our group and a great opportunity to develop a new relationship with another charity and also a great community group in Kew. Thank you! Ellie

  • Dimbleby Cancer Care - Survivors' Day Bake Sale (23Jun19)

Hello Bakers, I am very pleased to announce our very first bake sale in aid of Dimbleby Cancer Care - you can find more information about the fantastic work that they do on their website via the following link http://www.dimblebycancercare.org/what-we-do/ We will be putting on a bake sale at their annual Survivor's Day on Sunday 23 June 2019 at the Cancer center at Guy's Hospital. The bake sale will be between 12pm and 5pm, so it would be great if bakers could drop off their bakes any time before 12. Also, if you are willing to help out on the day, please let me know! This is a great opportunity for our group to work with a different charity for the first time and help to Bake even more of a Difference. Thanks, Ellie

  • Dimbleby Cancer Care - Carols by Candlelight

    St Mary Magdalen Bermondsey

Hello Bakers, I am pleased to introduce our second planned event with Dimbleby Cancer Care, although it is some time away I thought it was still worth getting it in the diary. We will be providing some festive themed treats in early December at their annual Christmas fundraising event. Further details to follow nearer the time. Thanks, Ellie
