Dancing is a great way to meet new friends,it can also improve your cardiovascular health,muscle tone, endurance, balance and flexibility leading to better stability.
Movement and dance are expressive which can allow you to escape and let loose, which will improve your mental and emotional health by reducing stress, decreasing symptoms of anxiety and depression, and boosting your self esteem.
