What we're about
This is a group for people who've got to have their regular fix of live jazz and blues and want to share these experiences with others.

Chicago-born and NYC-based jazz pianist Anthony Wonsey brings a fine group (most of whom lead their own combos) to Baltimore Memorial Day weekend. I saw Wonsey's group give a great performance at Mezzrow (link is shown below) in Manhattan this April. Come out and see for yourself and if you wish to join my table leave a note in the comments or send me a Meetup Message. Doors open at 530pm.

IMPORTANT NOTE !!!!
This performance may sell out prior to the date of the show. Signing up for the Meetup DOES NOT reserve a ticket. You must get your ticket separately. Expecting to purchase a ticket at the door may not be a good idea. Signing up for a Meetup at Caton Castle is an indication you wish to gather with a group of folks who have separately prepaid or paid at the door and wish to sit together.

The performance starts at 5pm. I'll arrive by 4pm for dining (the food is quite good) and attempt to grab Premium seating for those who indicate to me they will have Premium tickets and wish to sit with the group. Those who have arrived by 4pm can sit together. We will relinquish any unused seats back to the venue at 420p. FYI When the second set at 730p is not a sellout those attending the first set are permitted to stay with no cover or minimum although they may be asked to change seats.

PLEASE NOTE!! For this performance Premium ($45) and Regular ($35) seating is offered, but the seating is not reserved. If you buy Premium seats you will be seated first-come first-served in the seats available in the Premium section when you arrive. FYI Regular seats tend to have obstructed views of the stage but there are many CCTV monitors in the venue.
