This meetup group is for people who are serious about having a much healthier lifestyle. It is for people who want to lose weight, gain more energy, and become healthier.

This is not a group designed to sell products or services in any way.

We have an exercise group, and are dedicated to meet every Saturday morning for 1 hour. We focus on cardio, strength training and abdominal exercises. These are all designed to help you lose weight, become healthier and feel more confident.
