Take Flight teaches people about themselves in a way that has never been done before. Participants will learn about themselves, each other through four engaging characters: The Eagle, the Parrot, Dove, and Owl. In a series of engaging activities, you will discover your own behavior which is aligned with being ultimately successful in knowing your clients. PACEMAKER has found that using this model of DiSC penetrates the organization like wild fire and accelerates learning new skills and behaviors at an amazing rate.
