Electrifying Culture Change: A Case Study + Interactive Session

Details
Working in electricity is a risky feat and nuanced field. Luckily, industry leaders are aware and making necessary changes to keep employees safe and secure.
The electric utility industry is going through major upheaval with more change coming in the next 10 years than they’ve experienced over the last 100 years.
This presentation will tell the story of a large utility looking to improve its safety record, and its ability to innovate and rise to the coming challenges. Also shared will be the underlying organizational culture tool and use of self-lessons learned by the consultant.
Based on the lessons learned in the case study, attendees will then have the opportunity to evaluate their OWN organization’s culture during the presentation as well.
