This is a group focused on long distance training. As of now, we offer a Couch-to-5K, Couch-to-10K, and Couch-to-Half-Marathon training.
Training is currently offered only at the Agara Lake, 4 times a week.
Weekly Long Runs are free to attend on Saturdays.
