"This is a group for anyone interested in Zumba & Fitness,etc. All fitness conscious people who want to tranform their lives through fitness can join!

Zumba is a popular fitness program inspired by Latin dance .One can burn upto 600-1000 calories in just single hour.

I made this group to help people to achieve their fitness goal as I achieved.Friends I want to share with you my own story- It was January 2014 I moved to hyderabad, that time I was not so fit & was like a average unfit girl & for long time I was searching for some fitness classes then suddenly I came to know about Zumba through my friend- this was the life changing moment of my life. Through Zumba I lost several pounds & achieved my fitness goal & later got certification in zumba ,So that i can help other people. After I got my certification I moved here in bangalore & Now I'm & taking classes here .

There are many benefits of Zumba but i'm sharing few of them through my personal experience:-
