Julia Testing Best Practices @ February Julia Get-Together

Our first meeting after a looooong time! A "Hello World" kind of meeting to get to know each other in person and get an idea of our interests, Julia level, preferred topics, and more!

1. Hello! Quick intros to get to know each other.

2. Julia time: "Julia Testing Best Practices".
   We'll take a look at the most efficient ways of setting up automated tests for Julia packages, including:

• base setup for Julia 1.3 and up
• adding support for Julia 1.2 and less
• enhancing our tests reports with TestSetExtensions
• running tests in isolation with SafeTestsets
• setting up CI
• [if time] testing goodies: package precompilation!

3. What next? Topics of interest and ideas for upcoming meetings.
