Runners to reach the top of the "Chöpfli" (dangerous, wear hiking boots) then, a clockwise round trip of the gorge (Talstrasse) passing through Mariestein before ending at Fluh tram stop
Walker avoid the Chöpfli and make an anti-clockwise round trip of the gorge passing Mariestein
Runners and Walkers should pass each other at some point
