Blind Wine Tasting - Four Shades of White

Enjoy an event at Ta Cave, next to Kaserne, where you can enlarge your network of people and your knowledge of wine!

The bottles are served undercover. You can see the color in the glass, but apart from the topic (here 4 typical white wines from Switzerland), you won't learn anything.

You can take notes and ask questions. At the end, you choose your favorite and receive a glass of it. You will also receive descriptions of all the wines, including their origin, production, culinary accompaniment and price.

The tasting is completely individual - you sit down and take as much time as you like. We offer finger food and afterwards you can also order food from the venue's menu.

The purpose of the tasting is for everyone (whether wine enthusiast, wine connoisseur, wine lover, beginner or epicure) to taste the wines without being influenced and to get to know the products including their flavors and associations.

Die Flaschen werden verdeckt eingeschenkt. Im Glas sieht man die Farbe, aber abgesehen vom Thema (hier 4 typische Weissweine aus der Schweiz), erfährt ihr nichts.

Ihr könnt euch Notizen machen und Fragen stellen. Am Ende sucht ihr euren Favoriten aus und erhält ein Glas von diesem. Hinzu bekommt ihr Beschriebe zu allen Weinen inklusive Herkunft, Herstellung, kulinarische Begleitung sowie Preis.

Das Tasting ist ganz individuell - ihr setzt euch hin und nehmt euch so viel Zeit wie ihr wollt. Wir bieten Finger Food an und danach könnt ihr vom deren Angebot auch Essen bestellen.

Der Sinn der Degustation ist, dass jeder (ob Weinenthusiast, Weinkenner, Weinliebhaber, Beginner, oder Geniesser) ohne Beeinflussung die Weine probiert und die Produkte inklusive ihrer Geschmäcke sowie Assoziationen kennenlernt.
