What we're about

Are you interested in learning about Buddhism? Have you ever wondered how karma works? Or what reincarnation really means? Looking for a spiritual practice that will help you deal with stress or anxiety? Free and open to the public, this monthly discussion group is for anyone interested in learning about Nichiren Buddhism. We study basic concepts and discuss how Buddhism can be used in daily life to overcome any problem and create a more peaceful, joyful society. We host monthly introduction meetings in Seattle. This event is sponsored by the SGI-USA Heart of Seattle Chapter. For more information about the SGI, visit: http://www.sgi-usa.org/basics-of-buddhism/
