Pop Up University – The Entrepreneur’s Journey
The University of Bath School of Management Student Association and TechSPARK have come together to form Bath’s first ‘Pop Up Uni’.
This March event is the first in a planned series whereby academics from Bath’s School of Management will share their research with the local tech community, and in return experienced local tech entrepreneurs can share their experience and knowledge with the Bath students, bringing all together for an evening of networking.
The theme of this event is the Entrepreneur’s Journey and we are proud to welcome two brilliant speakers:
From Academia :

He will share some of his insights from a career investigating this fascinating area, offering practical suggestions for firms in the early stages of their own journey.

Nicola Chilman is Co-Founder of EZ Education (http://www.ezeducation.co.uk/) which launched Doodlemaths (https://www.doodlemaths.com/) in 2013. They have enjoyed huge success, becoming the UK’s best selling maths app and being nominated as a finalist in the Education Resources Awards in 2017. Nicola will share the ups and downs of her journey as Maths Teacher to Entrepreneur and offer advice to others following a similar path.
