Meditation is a process of slowing the thoughts and eventually silencing the mind. When you dip into this place of stillness, you begin to trust that all you ever need always exists within you. At a physical level meditation restores physical health, emotional well being and mental stability. There are endless studies which show the direct and positive impact that meditation has on the entire human body.
Meditation is VERY VERY VERY easy. If you are looking for a group that respects all religious views and practices meditation as a way of life, you are closer than you think. This group is open to beginners and experienced meditators.
At a deeper level Meditation gets us in touch with our true selves and ushers us to become masters of our own lives. We call the members of the group 'masters' for a reason. We meet thrice a week and serious about taking meditation as a serious practice.
Online Mondays -- We meet every Monday from 8pm - 9pm Google Hangouts firstname.lastname@example.org
Tuesday -- We meet @Saratoga 8pm - 9pm
Wednesday -- We meet @San Jose 8pm - 9pm
All the meditation are guided and will last for 40 minutes. Chairs will be provided for meditation, but you are encouraged to bring your own yoga mats or back jacks. We are open to both beginners and experienced masters.
