Kansui Ramen only opens Tue-Sat for lunch. They are not the traditional style Japanese ramen and they are not pretending to be. Unlike some other non-japanese ramen places who just used store-bought soup and noodle and charge you $10 a bowl, this place is legit. This place make their own noodle and they make their soup. Their ramen are more on the fusion side but they are good. It is one of the hidden gems. I don't really want others to know about this place but I want them to get enough business to stay open. So join me for some yummy ramen.
