Guide Dogs for the Blind http://welcome.guidedogs.com/ Anheuser-Busch http://www.budweisertours.com/z01/index.php/age-gate/Jelly Belly Factory http://www.jellybelly.com/ and Central Marin Sanitation Agency http://www.cmsa.us/ I would be happy to call them.
It's a bit out of the way, but I've always thought it would be fascinating to tour an operating nuclear power station, and Diablo Canyon's future is somewhat in doubt, so the sooner the better. According to PG&E (http://www.pge.com/en/safety/systemworks/dcpp/communityoutreach/index.page), tours have to be expressly requested and are considered on a case-by-case basis. I'm assuming having a larger interested group would significantly increase the chance of having a tour approved.
