Hello all, For June we will be discussing Mansfield Park. Mansfield Park is a quieter novel, one that rewards attention. Instead of dazzling wit or sweeping romance, Jane Austen gives us a story about moral strength, social pressure, and what it means to truly “belong.” At its center is Fanny Price, an often-overlooked heroine whose stillness hides a fierce integrity. This is Austen at her most introspective and complex, asking us to look past charm and charisma to something deeper.
Hope to see you there!
