Bios:
Becky Willis brings a mix of learning and business leadership into modern learning consulting. Today, Becky is one of the founders of WillLearn Consulting, where we focus on helping companies plan, design, and develop high-performance, digital learning ecosystems and digital learning strategy. Previously, she was the VP of Engagement at EdCast and led Learning Innovation at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as well as other leadership positions in HR, Sales, and Marketing.

Becky Armentrout is a business-savvy learning professional with diverse experience in organizational consulting, business operations, and learning design. Today, Becky is one of the founders of WillLearn Consulting, where we focus on helping companies plan, design, and develop high-performance, digital learning ecosystems, and digital learning strategy. Previous positions include President, Americas, for Hemsley Fraser; Executive Consultant/Vice President at the Forum Corporation; and Co-Founder and President of Leadership Development, Inc. She has developed learning content for a number of clients, including Harvard Business Publishing and Harvard’s Lifespan Research Foundation.

Chris Lin is a People & Change Consultant by day, the host of the Leading People First podcast at night, a lifelong learner, and 24/7 father and husband. Chris believes in creating impactful and positive experiences for employees in order to drive organizational success. Prioritizing people over profits allows leaders to humanize the workplace in order to drive results through their teams. Chris is also a co-founder of the Leaders for Equity, Allyship, and Diversity, a group focused on holding safe and uncomfortable conversations against bigotry, racism, homophobia, and hate.
