Hi All,
Time for our February 2014 Meetup. We have an exciting lineup of agenda so please join us!
- Eric Jennings, Co-founder and CTO at Pinoccio will join us to talk about how we can use Pinoccio to connect to physical things. He will touch a bit on the following
- Pinoccio hardware overview
- Pinoccio's eventing/multitasking environment
- How the provisioning/onboarding works
- A quick overview and hack on the API to control the hardware from a web or mobile app
- I will be talking about the basics of Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and demonstrate how you can use RedBearLab shield with Arduino to program for BLE.
Meanwhile, please check the home automation project that was published both in instructable and open-electronics
Instructable: http://www.instructables.com/id/Triggering-IFTTT-from-Arduino-using-Lithouse/
Open-electronics: http://www.open-electronics.org/guest_projects/home-automation-with-diy-ifttt-trigger/
Please let me know if you want to demonstrate any project.
See you then!
