Bay Area Nix/NixOS User Group (BANUG) invites users of Nix/NixOS and related DevOps technologies in San Francisco Bay Area. Nix is a purely functional package manager for Linux and other Unix systems that makes package management reliable and reproducible. Built on top of Nix package manager, NixOS is a Linux distribution with a unique approach to package and configuration management that is completely declarative and makes upgrading systems reliable.
