The Bay Area Private Money Lender Group provides a convenient venue for members residing in Southern Alameda County. Our goal is to facilitate networking opportunities for lenders, investors, rehabbers and real estate developers. We also provide education in the area of finding, buying, fixing and flipping Ugly Houses and properties with re-development potential, with attention to presenting opportunities for investment.
