Details

Join us for a special tour of Stonemountain & Daughter Fabrics with Catherine Nolan, one of the store's buyers and social media manager. We’ll learn a bit about the history of the store, which recently celebrated 38 years in Berkeley, and see what new fabrics and patterns have arrived and find out what's new about the website. http://www.stonemountainfabric.com/

Catherine is also a Bay Area Sewists member and blogs about sewing at Thread Snips (http://www.threadsnips.com).

Whenever we meet in Berkeley, all Bay Area Sewists members get 20% off on regularly priced merchandise at Stonemountain & Daughter Fabrics (fabric, notions, patterns, etc.). The store is open 10 am to 6 pm on Saturday. The discount applies all day - just tell them at checkout that you are a Bay Area Sewists member. Feel free to shop before or after the meetup. Thank you Stonemountain!

After the meetup, we can grab a bite to eat at 12:15 pm at Tuk Tuk Thai just a few doors up the street at 2468 Shattuck Ave. https://goo.gl/maps/msA2pdyY4BmucL716

If you're NOT joining us for lunch, please let me know as I'll need to make reservations. Hopefully, they will be OK with taking separate checks. :) Don't forget your wallet. Thank you!
