(Postponed) Learn to Rotate Darts!

Details
This meetup will be rescheduled. Hello Stitch is closed during our mandated shelter-in-place situation.
Darts don't have to go where they are on a sewing pattern. You can rotate the dart! Learn how to rotate darts from Beth Galvin, Bay Area Sewists member and Hello Stitch sewing instructor. She will share her tips and a few of the patterns where she has rotated the darts.
Beth blogs about sewing at Sunnygal Studio, where she writes about the garments she makes and shares her tips and techniques. http://sunnygalstudio.blogspot.com/
She teaches garment sewing classes at Hello Stitch, including Intro to Tailoring, Sew a Capsule Wardrobe, and Make the Audrey Jean Jacket. Check out her classes here: https://www.hellostitchstudio.com/garment-sewing
This meetup is limited to 18 people (not including Beth and Chuleenan). The nonrefundable fee for this meetup is $5. If it's sold out and you want to attend, please comment on this page that you want to be added to the waitlist and you will be contacted when a space opens up. People usually update their RSVP in the two weeks before a meetup. So please check your email for a message from Chuleenan, the organizer, and respond within 24 hours if you would like the open spot.
IMPORTANT: If your Bay Area Sewists membership expires before the meetup occurs, Meetup will automatically remove you from the RSVP list. You are responsible for making sure your membership is current. Trial memberships are for 6 months. The annual membership fee is $15.
On our Berkeley meetups days, Bay Area Sewists members get a 20 percent discount on regularly priced merchandise (fabric, notions, patterns!) at Stonemountain & Daughter Fabrics (http://www.stonemountainfabric.com/) so be sure to stop by the store before or after the meetup and take advantage of the discount!
