24 Hour Fitness

Here's why hitting the gym with a workout buddy is a good idea. Everyone feels tired after work and most of us do not want to work out after coming back from work. But when you do as a group we will think twice to cancel the plan as it's to cancel on a friend who's counting on you. You're much more likely to meet your friend for a planned workout session compared to tentative plans you made with yourself. After three or four weeks, once you're in the habit, you won't even think about canceling. In fact you will most likely compete with your partners and do more work outs. Let's start - Running ! Walking ! Fitness Training !

Marathon,Half Marathon, 5k, 10k or just for fitness Let's do it !!!. As a group when we do I'm positive that we will over come all our stress and will have more fun. Also it will help in challenging yourself and push yourself everyday to new limits. I'm just proposing the morning time and weekly once (Saturday) for now but we can increase the number of days and change timing as people show more interest. I'm also interested in weekdays, either in morning or evening so please comment in this meetup event and let me know your suggestions. Important !!!. I would like to create a whatsapp group so we can be in touch during these meet up, so if your are interested please RSVP and also message me your contact number The current location is Lake Elizabeth in Fremont, it is very beautiful with the view of mountains and lake etc., We can certainly try other locations in future. Please bring water, energy bars, energy drinks based on your needs, water fountains are available in the park.
