• What we'll do Learn Chen style Taiji Old Frame and Wuji Qigong. For all levels. Practice Taiji Pole-Shaking for internal strength, and Push Hands in a friendly, non-competitive way, for listening-skill and balance. Classes are free. Find us at the gazebo near the tennis courts. • What to bring We are outside near a grove of trees, so check the weather and layer yourself up.
