Of Nutrition, Movement, Relaxation, Connection, and Purpose... which is your strongest of these 5 elements of longevity, and why?

They are all so intertwined. I'd give purpose and relaxation the top 2, and nutrition, movement, and relaxation a tie for second! The top tier seems like the "What" and the second tier seems like the "How!"

Which is the weakest of your 5 elements of longevity, and what do you think will make it better?

Movement, through more regular routine practice of dance, yoga, outdoor hiking, and/or qi gong.

How did you hear about this Meetup?

From Ti on Facebook.

Are you a longevity enthusiast or a wellness professional?

I am both of these!

It seemed I wouldn't have made it past 25 y.o. without discovering some keys I still very much hold dear, so in that sense right there I give much value to what gives me longevity. I have dedicated my life to discovering and sharing more.
