It's so gorgeous I want to get outside and exercise. Let's meet at Kit Carson Park and I will take you through the BEST WAY TO EXERCISE OVER 50 routine. There will be cardio, strength and stretch exercises using NO equipment (except a mat) all appropriate and effective for us over 50 crowd. Don't worry I will show all modifications for beginners and more advanced!
