Hello fellow female fitness enthusiasts!

I’d like to start coaching weekly beach workouts for a maximum of 12 participants where we incorporate a 30 minute jog (cardio warmup) with a 30 minute body toning session based on body weight exercises. The perfect workout combo! :-)

The workouts will be held at beach locations that are “ long and sandy” .. ie Sunset Beach (best beach for workouts in the city!), we could squeeze in Sea Point via the promenade, Muizenberg.. its all about the location working!

Workouts will take place weekly early on Saturday mornings (8:00). Timing may alter slightly based on tide tables simply because during high tide, it’s impossible to use the beach. Also, if it’s raining, the workouts will be cancelled with good notice ;-)

I have over ten years of group fitness coaching experience from a number of countries and always deliver killer sessions. I am also a fitness class instructor in Cape Town at a well established gym.

Initially, I’d like to experiment with the concept and thereby won’t be charging a fee for the first couple of sessions. If you’re interested in working up a good sweat followed by burning muscles, have 100% dedication and want to work out with like-minded women, join the group! I’ll schedule a Saturday session once we hit 50 members and then it’s max 12 people at a go; first-come, first-serve 😘
