Hello! We are a group of meditators who love to get together with other meditators. We host a silent unguided 45 minute sit in the homes of our two co-hosts, followed by snacks and social time.
All are welcome, including beginners. We have chairs and a couch if you are not yet ready to sit 45 minutes on a cushion. Many of us have enough experience to provide very basic beginner's guidance for Mindfulness Meditation. We aspire to be a group where meditators at any level can discuss our successes and challenges and learn from each other.
We have chairs and couches; cushions are BYOC (bring your own cushion).
Dhamma talks will be offered when we can, but are not a primary plan for this group. Our two co-hosts are Buddhists who lean toward the Theravada tradition.
