Calling all Beauty N’ Beasts!! This is a group for anyone who likes working out, eating healthy or are even just beginning their health journey. Wherever you're at in your health and fitness journey, beginner, moderate or advanced your welcome to join! All ages and all fitness levels are welcome.
It’s about having a fun community where we can make new friends, be supported, stay accountable and learn more about exercise, nutrition and mindset. It’s about making progress over time and finding ways to incorporate healthy eating, and working out into a lifestyle, while still enjoying it and finding balance.
We host a variety of events from Fit Camps, Healthy Happy Hours, Wellness Workshops and so much more!!
