The overall aim is to feel better more often, to gradually become Healthier and Happier with other people who share the same goals.
When we ask people (or ourselves) “what do you want?” we/they usually say " to be happy". But most of us haven’t a clue what will make us happy. We just know that we are sometimes miserable, sad, anxious, worried, lonely or depressed and we don’t want to feel that way anymore.
I asked myself recently, what makes me Healthier & Happier and I discovered that I’m already doing some great activities that are increasing my Health & Happiness levels. So, I decided to share these with ye in the hopes that ye will enjoy them too. Then we will add more Health & Happiness Events as we go along.
Events will include; Seaside Walks with Laughter, Comedy gigs, easy Yoga classes, Meals out, Sunday Brunch in cafes, Fun/positive movies, Chanting/Kirtan, Meditation to de-stress, Laughter Yoga, Sound Healing, Energy Healing, Adventures, Days trips via train or bus, Self-help tips etc.
