I have over 17 years experience in both these therapies and would like to share my experience and knowledge that I have acquired with you
Mindfulness Meditation is a Meditation technique that focuses on the mind and body. By concentrating and training the mind , this teaches the mind and body to relax, de-stress and let go. When this occurs it allows peace, tranquillity and awareness to arise. This gives you the opportunity to be more present and enhances wellbeing and happiness.
With this type of Mediation, it allows you to connect with your inner being, with who you are. It gives you time to yourself and time to investigate how you're feeling. The more we cultivate this practice, the more we become at ease with ourselves.
Some things that meditation can help with are: Concentration-Improved sleep-Stress and anxiety reduction-wellbeing-reduction in depression-lowering blood pressure and heart rate.
These are only some of the things that Meditation can help with.
I hold monthly Reiki classes, these are for people already trained in Reiki. These classes consist of a subject that's in relation to Reiki. For example, this month we looked at the functions of the Chakra's and how they work in relation to Reiki. And the class consists of learning various Reiki techniques.
I also run Reiki workshops, The workshops consist of learning the various stages of Reiki 1-2-3.
