This is for anyone who is interested in taking part in a gentle, but challenging pilates class. This class is also suitable for older adults.

Pilates can help to lower stress levels, which can help to make you more productive during your waking hours.
You can also increase bone density, which can reduce the incidence of fractures. Pilates can help you gain better joint mobility and improve flexibility which can help you to move better and with less pain. You may have improvements in your posture and less incidence of back pain.

Pilates can help you to take time out of your day for you. Time for you to think about your health and wellbeing.

You will need to wear loose comfortable clothing.
Bring a bottle of water to help you stay hydrated.
If you have a mat, you can bring it, otherwise, I will make sure there is a mat available for you to use.
