Aged or not, gore-story or not, athlete or not, injured or not, we all have a reason to exercise more and accelerate our healing and improvement! And MY-oh-MY is it difficult in this busy, distracted, and sedentary American life. Let's reclaim the bodies we were happy, hot, and whole in.
Join me to overcome our low compliance rates, low motivation, and lack of discipline; getting on the floor and knocking out some repetitions; in and amongst social, supportive, silly, and ambitious peers.
Once we have practice, familiarity, and routine, I "picture" us doing this to some cinema, television, videos, or music!
