What we're about
Being Held Gatherings - day-long meetups.
Being Held Gatherings are for people who crave an accepting and open connection with others, who desire to feel nurtured without being told you have to change or fix something, and who seek a safe place to be held, heard, honoured and acknowledged for whatever is going on inside, whether wonderful or painful.
Safety is the key that unlocks deeper connection, so in our Being Held Gatherings we show people how the Four Pillars of Safety (for the mind, heart, body and soul) experientially allow us to create a safe, honouring environment. The Four Pillars of Safety can be used to create deeper connection in all types of relationships and relationship dynamics.
From there we foster fun, playful and meaningful co-creative games that safely allow those attending to explore new facets of deeper connection. Our vision for these gatherings is to create a community of like-minded souls who would enjoy regularly gathering together and nurturing one another in loving acceptance.
Holding each other in love is something we all innately know how to do. We just haven't been encouraged to practice it as a way of reclaiming wholeness and worthiness. There is nothing to fix, but there is always something to hold.
Being Held Gatherings are held at Sankta Amo in Duncan, B.C.
